Zebra Tower, which in June this year applied to receive a LEED certificate, was completed in the third quarter of 2010 and represents S+B Group's first project in Poland. Construction for the building began in November 2007.

Also in Poland, Belgian developer Ghelamco is understood to be in exclusive talks to sell its Crown Square office building in the centre of the Polish capital. The scheme, which was completed in the first quarter of 2010, will offer 17,000 m2 of modern office space on 13 floors as well as 227 parking bays.
