Celtic Property Developments has appointed international property advisor Savills to manage its Iris office building, the third phase of the Cybernetyki Office Park in Warsaw. The park is located in the Mokotów business district in the Polish capital.

Celtic Property Developments has appointed international property advisor Savills to manage its Iris office building, the third phase of the Cybernetyki Office Park in Warsaw. The park is located in the Mokotów business district in the Polish capital.

Iris is a five-storey building comprising 14,300 m2 of office space with an average floor plate of 2,900 m2. The office property also includes 108 surface and 125 underground parking spaces. The first tenant, Saint Gobain, moved into the premises on 1 December 2012.

'The modern office property is specified to the highest standard and is intended to meet BREEAM certification requirements,' said Milena Sikora, senior property manager at Savills Poland. 'We are looking forward to working with Celtic to provide a fully integrated management service with an emphasis on reducing costs and strengthening our clients’ corporate social responsibility credentials.'
