Savills to sell 3-star hotel out of receivership in Ireland

Property adviser Savills has been instructed to sell Finnstown Country House Hotel by Ferris & Associates, the receiver and manager of FTC Hotel. The three-star hotel, which is located in Lucan, 12 km from Dublin city centre, is on the market at a guide price of EUR 4.2 mln.
