Savills has announced the acquisition of specialist London commercial property management business Collier & Madge for an undisclosed amount.

Savills has announced the acquisition of specialist London commercial property management business Collier & Madge for an undisclosed amount.

Collier & Madge has been established for 17 years and its 30 staff will join Savills with immediate effect, including CEO Paul Holmes and board members John Redfern, Christopher Carrick, Peter Deehan and Aron Feeley.

The firm's clients include Invesco Real Estate, Henry Boot, A&A Investments, City of London, Trust for London, GAT Investments, Dominvs, Schroders, Westmount Real Estate and Primary Health Properties.

Collier & Madge provides clients with property management services including financial, asset and facilities management and building surveying.
