Savills has made three new hires within its capital markets team in Sweden.

Jakob Dingertz joins as an associate from CBRE and Emil Westman, also from CBRE, joins as a senior analyst. In August, the team will also welcome Thomasine Jener as an analyst.

According to Savills research, the Swedish investment market witnessed its strongest first quarter in history, with real estate transactions topping SEK 42 bn (€4 bn), an increase of 54% compared to Q1 2018.
