International real estate advisor Savills has hired Carina Ohlander as chief financial officer (CFO) for Savills Sweden, and Krister Johansson as head of client accounting in its Swedish property management division.
Both are based in Savills' Stockholm office.
'We are delighted that Carina and Krister have chosen to join us,' said Niklas Samuelsson, Savills Sweden’s CEO.
'Their finance and account handling expertise and knowledge will further develop our business to the benefit of our clients and follows the recent expansions of our capital markets and leasing offering,' Samuelsson added.
Ohlander joins from residential developer Patriam, where she has held the position of CFO. She was previously CFO at Tenzing and JLL.
Johansson has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector, including roles as head of client accounting at JLL and CFO at Genesta and Bonnier Fastigheter.
