Property adviser Savills has strengthened its Warsaw property management team with the appointment of Wojciech Zawierucha, who is joining as a director, head of operations and business development.
Property adviser Savills has strengthened its Warsaw property management team with the appointment of Wojciech Zawierucha, who is joining as a director, head of operations and business development.
He will have a particular focus on the retail sector within the property management team.
Prior to joining Savills, Wojciech was in charge of retail at DTZ’s property management business in Poland. He managed the team of professionals responsible for operating 22 shopping centres.
His team also carried out commercial audits of a number of Polish shopping centres on behalf of international investors and developers.
