Savills said on Wednesday that its Paris office has hired four new members for its investment team. The real estate services firm is poaching three associates from CBRE, Boris Cappelle, Etienne Pax and Thomas Canvel, whilst Tristam Larder has transferred from Savills' London office. They will be working with existing head of department, Pascal Rupert.
Cappelle was an associate in CBRE's investment department in Paris for five years, having previously worked at Jones Lang La Salle as a financial analyst and prior to that Bourdais as an associate. Also joining as an associate director is Tristam Larder. He has transferred from the cross border investment department at Savills' London headquarters, where he has worked since 2006 specialising in the French investment market. Etienne Pax will join as an associate, having worked at CBRE as a consultant. He began his career at Gide Loyrette & Nouel, working for a time in both the New York and Beijing offices, before joining Société Générale corporate and investment banking company in Singapore as a financial analyst in the acquisition department.
Hervé Blanchet, Savills Paris CEO, said 'These recruitments are a clear sign of our desire to strengthen our presence in the French market and focus on the larger investment transactions with both French and international investors.'
