Savills has hired two logistics specialists to strengthen its agency team in the Netherlands. Niek Poppelaars and Douglas van Oers have been appointed as associate directors responsible for industrial agency services.
'The strengthening of our agency team is in line with our business strategy to enhance our national profile as a full-service provider in assisting and advising landlords and occupiers within the logistics sector,' said Wouter Stevens, Director of Agency at Savills Dutch business.
Savills said the new recruits would work alongside the capital markets, property management and building & project consultancy teams.
