Real estate advisor Savills has expanded its investment team in the Netherlands through the recruitment of Tom Burwinkel and Jasper Leydes.
Real estate advisor Savills has expanded its investment team in the Netherlands through the recruitment of Tom Burwinkel and Jasper Leydes.
Leydes has over eight years of experience as an investment consultant at Van Dijk and Ten Cate. He has been appointed as an associate director within Savills' residential investment team, currently led by Bas Wilberts, and will assist with the selling and buying of property portfolios.
He will also help drive the student accommodation business.
Tom Burwinkel spent over four years at Dutch bank FGH as a senior relationship manager for the commercial real estate division. At Savills he has taken on the role as an associate director, responsible for acquisitions of commercial investments.
