International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Annabelle Joyaux to join its valuation team in France, headed by David Poole. She joins the firm as a director and will be responsible for the development of a range of valuation and analysis products as part of the development of Savills valuation and consultancy business.
International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Annabelle Joyaux to join its valuation team in France, headed by David Poole. She joins the firm as a director and will be responsible for the development of a range of valuation and analysis products as part of the development of Savills valuation and consultancy business.
Joyaux, a Chartered Surveyor and a Recognised European Valuer (REV), has 12 years experience in the industry and joins Savills from Camae where she was a director in the valuation team. Prior to this she worked at Bourdais Expertises.
She has a broad experience of the market, focusing in recent years on the retail markets across France. She has specialised in lease renegotiations, evictions and key money estimations, providing both landlord and tenant advice.
