Real estate advisory firm Savills has appointed Marc Albinus as a consultant in its Dutch logistics & industrial team.
Albinus will be based in the Amsterdam office and focus on leasing logistics space, the firm said.
'The Dutch logistics market is booming, which is resulting in an increasing number of lease assignments,' said Niek Poppelaars, co-head logistics & industrial at Savills in the Netherlands.
'We are very pleased with the expansion of our team, with Marc and Martijn Steenvoorden focussing on our lettings portfolio,' Poppelaars added.
According to Savills, Albinus gained experience at CBRE, where he was involved in letting retail space.
