International real estate advisor Savills has entered into an association with DDG Group in Croatia to support its expansion in Europe.
DDG Group is a leader in advisory, project development and construction management in Croatia, for both residential and commercial clients.
The company currently employs 15 real estate experts, engineers and architects and has two offices in Croatia, one in Rijeka and one in Zagreb, the country’s capital.
DDG Group will be Savills commercial associate for the whole of Croatia and residential associate for Northern Croatia. Savills will continue to work with Dream Estates Croatia, its residential associate for over 20 years covering the southern part of the country’s coast.
