Maudling will split his time between London and Prague and will continue to undertake an executive advisory role for the Czech and Slovak business.

Stuart Jordan has been promoted to managing director for Savills Czech and Slovak Republics, whilst continuing to act as head of its capital markets department. Robert Pastuszek who joined Savills earlier this year has been promoted to finance & operations director.

'I am delighted that Ben, Stuart and Robert have agreed to take on these key roles in the Savills business. This is a big statement about our growth aspirations in the region. Following the establishment of Savills office in Prague in February 2017, it has become a full service business employing 50 staff covering investment, valuation, leasing, building & project consultancy, asset & property management, and research,' said James Sparrow, Savills CEO UK & EMEA.

'Central and Eastern Europe remains a key growth area for Savills which saw record real estate investment volumes of €13.8bn in 2018,' Sparrow concluded.
