The previous owner is an investment fund who wished to remain anonymous.

The four-star hotel, which has been closed since January 2023, is located at the corner of San Antón street and Ribera del Genil street in Granada, outside the Congress Palace.

The asset features 189 rooms and boasts significant potential due to its spacious communal areas: a large double-height lobby, three food and beverage areas, four meeting rooms, and a 360-degree terrace with a pool that offers spectacular views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada.

In addition to becoming the new owner, Hotusa Group will operate the hotel under the Eurostars brand.

Javier Oroz, director of Hotels at Savills, said: 'The sale of Hotel San Antón represents a significant milestone in Granada's real estate market due to being one of the city's most noteworthy constructions and is an example of repositioning hotels in Spanish cities with an established tourism sector.'
