International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its global retail team with the appointment of Alexander Glavas, who will be joining the firm at its London headquarters as a director in cross border retail.
Glavas joins Savills from a retailer background, having previously undertaken roles at Aesop and H&M where he was responsible for store expansion across existing and new markets.
In his new role at Savills, he will provide clients with a true cross border retail advisory service, predominantly with a European focus. He will work alongside retailers on store locations and expansion strategies, as well as supporting on landlord instructions to provide both consultancy and transactional real estate advice.
