The Savills Portugal Retail Department has expanded its team with the hiring of Beatriz Centeno, who will assume the role of senior consultant.
Among other responsibilities, Centeno will focus on brokering property sales and rentals, advising property owners, researching, and analysing market trends, and managing and conducting commercial property viewings.
Centeno has over ten years industry experience, specialising in sales and commercial expansion. For the past eight years, she has held prominent roles as a senior consultant in High Street Retail at Savills Spain.
Her experience in this market has allowed her to gain an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the real estate sector.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management from UNED in Madrid, a Master’s in Real Estate Consulting, and a Master’s in 3D Interior Design and Decoration from Escuela Madrileña de Decoración (European University).
