International property consultant Savills said on Friday that it has appointed Eusebi Carles to join its Barcelona office as director of office investment and agency. Eusebi has 19 years experience in the property sector and most recently worked as an associate partner in the investment team at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) for over seven years. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Eusebi was at CB Richard Ellis for 12 years. He has experience in office research, property management, investment and valuations.

At Savills Eusebi will lead the office investment team, and oversee the office agency division.
