Property advisor Savills has opened a new office in Mexico City, its first in Latin America. Savills Mexico will be headed by Javier Kutz Clever and will work closely with Savills' US business, which currently comprises Savills Granite in New York.
Property advisor Savills has opened a new office in Mexico City, its first in Latin America. Savills Mexico will be headed by Javier Kutz Clever and will work closely with Savills' US business, which currently comprises Savills Granite in New York.
Javier Kutz Clever has worked with Savills for the past six months, in particular as adviser to Deka on its acquisition of Pricewaterhouse Coopers' (PWC) headquarters in Mexico for EUR 67mln. He is a qualified legal attorney and has previously worked as a managing partner of PDeA Abogados in Mexico, advising clients on real estate acquisition. He will be joined by analyst René Picard Rossbach, who will focus on finance and debt management for real estate development.
