Real estate adviser Savills has promoted Fredrik Östberg to head of investment at the firm’s Swedish office.
Östberg, who joined Savills in 2011 as a director in the investment team and has extensive experience of the Swedish real estate industry, will lead the five-strong investment division in Sweden.
His promotion follows the departure of Johan Bernström who formerly led the team.
