Broker Savills has announced two senior appointments in its Prague office.
Martin Schindler is joining the building and project consultancy department as associate director, and Nicolas Chudyba is joining the property management department as property and technical manager.
Prior to become part of Savills, Schindler spent more than seven years with Arcadis’ built asset consultancy department in Prague as a project manager. At Savills, he will be working alongside the head of building and project consultancy department, David Lawn.
Chudyba has nearly 16 years of facility and property management experience. Most recently, he worked as property manager at JLL, and as technical manager for CA Immo.

Savills established its Prague office in February, 2017, covering the Czech and Slovak property markets.
