The team consists of Otto Rompelman and Ian Ruinen, who join Savills from SNS Property Finance, and will focus on equity and debt financing advisory and transaction services. Along with financial restructuring, the corporate finance team will connect buyers and vendors of real estate loans and loan portfolios.
