Real estate advisor Savills has launched a new Building and Project Consultancy team in Ireland to be lead up by Allen Devine, who joins Savills from commercial building consultants, Malcolm Hollis.
Devine and his team will offer consultancy services for dilapidations, project management, design and contract administration, development monitoring, technical due diligence and reinstatement cost assessments.
Savills Ireland has been providing building and project consultancy services to its clients for a number of years through its UK division, under the leadership of Simon Collett. Due to a surge in demand, the firm said it has decided to establish a dedicated in-house offering from its Dublin office, linked to the Savills UK & European Building Teams.
