Savills Investment Management has hired Claire George as chief technology and operations officer (CTOO). Based in London, George will report to Alex Jeffrey, chief executive.

George will assume leadership of all activities across the business in the areas of technology and operations and will sit on the firm’s executive committee.

Her recent experience includes senior roles with Goldacre (part of Noe Group) and Cromwell Group. Prior to this, she worked at Aberdeen Asset Management (now abrdn) in senior roles for over fifteen years, most recently as global head of investment platform real estate.

Sheis also an active participant at industry bodies such as INREV, where she is a member of the European Industry Technology committee.
