International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Patricia Matias to a senior retail post in its Madrid office as the company looks to expand its operations in the sector.
Matias, who is joining Savills from shopping centre broker and asset manager Gentalia (Lar Socimi España), has 20 years of experience with companies including JLL and Freepoint plc. In her last post she was leasing director for a number of international clients including UBS, GreenOak and Morgan Stanley.
She joins the 30-strong team at Savills Aguirre Newman's Madrid office and will lead a number of projects across Spain.
