Property adviser Savills has appointed Ilka Hoffmann as a director in its office agency team, based in Munich.
Hoffmann has over 18 years' real estate experience and joins from CBRE, where she worked as an associate director in advisory and transaction services for the last eight years. Prior to CBRE she worked for Metis Asset Management in Germany, where she was responsible for the portfolio performance of real estate investment funds.
In her new role at Savills, Hoffmann will specialise in the requirements of international corporate occupiers, particularly in the law and finance sector.
