Broker Savills has announced the hire of Maren Tschammler as new head of the investment team in Berlin, effective May 2021.
She takes over from previous interim team leader Philipe Fischer, who will focus on his role as head of Savills Berlin office. Tschammler previously worked at x+bricks Group as managing director/head of asset management.
As a founding employee, she successfully built up the asset management team. She was responsible for assets under management of €300 mln and 40 properties. Before that, she worked for Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (now Patrizia) in Frankfurt am Main. As a transaction manager, she was involved in the sale of the Traction portfolio, consisting of 30 properties spread across six European countries, and the purchase of the Hofgarten in Berlin's Friedrichstraße.
