Savills has hired Neill McNicholas as a director and head of the tenant representation, occupier services and Workthere teams in Ireland with immediate effect. He will be based in the Dublin office.

McNicholas joins from JLL, where he has worked in the tenant representation department for the last seven years. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

At Savills, he will be using his significant experience in assisting clients with relocation, consolidation, and expansion strategies as well as acquisitions, disposals, lease restructures and rent reviews in all Irish markets including Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Galway, and Limerick.
