International real estate advisor Savills has hired Florian Moreau to lead its logistics department in France.
A graduate of the Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion (ISEG Paris), Moreau joins Savills after two years with JLL as a transactions consultant, and 16 years with BNPP RE, where he was an associate and deputy director of Logistics, France.
Moreau will be tasked with developing a multidisciplinary team offering transactional, agency and management consultancy services. He will work closely with Savills pan-European network of logistics specialists to provide clients looking to grow their portfolios with wider regional expertise.

Savills research indicates that €6.5 bn of French logistics assets transacted during 2021, marking a record year and 78% above the previous five year average.
