Savills has announced the hire of Orla Coyle as head of ESG Ireland with immediate effect. She will be based in the Dublin office.
Coyle joins from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, where she worked on the decarbonisation and retrofit of public sector building stock and providing support to government departments on the development of policy and regulations for Irish buildings.
She is a chartered engineer and is a member of Engineers Ireland (EI) and the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE).
At Savills, she will be using her significant experience in assisting clients with energy and sustainability through a range of areas including tracking building performance and optimisation, development of sustainable & ESG strategies, and management of energy procurement across the portfolio.

In other news, Elena Lutterkort has joined Savills in France as head of sustainability. She moves from the UK business, where she was a senior sustainability consultant and was formerly an environmental officer at the London School of Economics. She holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
In her new role, Lutterkort will join the executive committee and head up a department wholly dedicated to ESG and environmental issues across all business lines within the French business.
