International real estate advisor Savills has recruited Stuart Jordan to head its investment agency team in the Czech Republic.
'I am extremely pleased to welcome Stuart to Savills Czech and Slovak operation,' commented Ben Maudling, head of Savills Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Jordan joins Savills after six years with JLL, where he was head of CEE Capital Markets based in Prague and oversaw all investment activity in the Czech Republic.
Jordan will work with Jakub Gajdos, senior investment analyst, who also joined Savills from JLL in April this year.
'The commercial real estate market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia continues to be attractive to a wide range of investors across all sectors,' said Jordan.
Jordan has spent the last twelve years in the real estate market in CEE working on both agency and client-side investor roles and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
