Advisor Savills has expanded its business in Italy with the opening of the Industrial and Logistics department, comprising advisory, agency, and capital markets activities.
To lead this team, Savills has recruited Carlo Walder, who was formerly head of Capital Markets and a partner within the Industrial and Logistics team at Cushman & Wakefield. He is an expert consultant in lease negotiations, asset management and real estate transactions. At Savills he will become a member of the Italian Executive Committee and will sit on the EMEA Industrial & Logistics strategy group board.
Gianluca Fiore also joins the team as an associate director. He has been working in real estate for almost 10 years, starting out within an investment fund and then pivoting into the industrial and logistics sector.
