Savills hired to manage Curzon European portfolios

Savills has been appointed to manage two commercial property portfolios on behalf of Curzon Advisers.

The portfolios consist of 44 properties across the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Belgium and most notably include Fox Court in WC1 and 11 Old Jewry, EC2 in London, and La Directoire in Paris.

Savills will provide property management services across the portfolios while supporting Curzon Advisers with asset management initiatives to generate additional value.

'Our remit on these portfolios demonstrates Savills ability and experience to provide a co-ordinated, consistent and high-quality property management service across Europe,' said Chris Carrick, director of European Property Management at Savills. 'In total, we now manage 21 million m2 across the UK and Europe.'
