The announcement follows the opening of a Savills office in Prague in January 2017 and the mutual co-operation agreed with Crosspoint in Romania in July 2017.

'This association is part of our strategy to expand Savills footprint across CEE and enable us to provide our clients with a seamless service across the region. Hungary offers some of the most exciting real estate opportunities in CEE and we are confident Eston can help us identify these,' commented Mark Ridley, CEO of Savills UK & Europe.

Founded in 1993, Eston has been led by CEO Adorjan Salamon for over 20 years. Clients include Skanska, HB Reavis, Futureal, Daikin, MOL, Bluehouse Capital and Nokia Networks.

'We see the cooperation with Savills as a great professional and business opportunity where both parties may benefit from improved international relations and market knowledge,' said Adorjan Salamon, CEO of Eston. 'Working with Savills will help us extend our service to institutions and property companies looking to invest in this area, as well as introduce Hungarian clients to the wider European market through its extensive network of offices.'
