Savills Aguirre Newman has announced the opening of an office in Valencia to drive further growth across Spain.
Ignacio Olivas Dols, who has been a part of Savills Aguirre Newman for over seven years, most recently in the high street retail team, will be responsible for leading the new office. He has been charged with providing a service that is closer to the growing network of clients and boosting the volume of operations in the area.
'We believe that Valencia is an area of great potential for us both in the present and in the future,' said Jaime Pascual Sanchiz, CEO, Savills Aguirre Newman.
'The opening of the new office in this thriving city will provide us with the opportunity to not only boost our presence in another Spanish region, but will also allow us to accurately respond to the demand from our clients looking for a range of real estate opportunities in regional locations,' Sanchiz added.
The office in Valencia will offer a range of services on both the transactional and non-transactional side including advisory on retail, hotels, residential, and alternative assets as well as valuations, architecture and consultancy.
Savills Aguirre Newman recently advised Colony Capital on the sale of Hotel Melia Valendia as well as the sale of 17,000 m2 of land in Playa San Juan and a current mandate to sell the Galileo Galilei student residence.
The new office in Valencia will work alongside three other Savills Aguirre Newman offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga.
