Savills has recruited five new employees to its property management team in the Netherlands.
Quint Luiken has joined as an account manager from real estate management firm MVGM, while Louise van der Kamp–de Raad and Ingeborg Inderfurth have joined as facility managers.
The team has also added Giovanni Ponit as technical manager and Max Mansholt as assistant account manager. Ponit previously worked at JLL and Kolpa.
'Recently, we have welcomed new clients and our management portfolio has grown substantially,' said Abe Jongbloed (pictured), director of property management at Savills in the Netherlands. 'Expansion of our team is therefore a logical next step.
'These talented people we have attracted are a great addition to our existing team and together we can guarantee personal attention for every client and every property in our management portfolio. After all, client satisfaction is the most important goal for our team and for Savills as a whole.'
