Property adviser Savills has recruited Matthias Radetzki as senior consultant for its Dusseldorf-based investment team to focus on the key cities of the Ruhr region including Essen, Duisburg and Dortmund.
Property adviser Savills has recruited Matthias Radetzki as senior consultant for its Dusseldorf-based investment team to focus on the key cities of the Ruhr region including Essen, Duisburg and Dortmund.
Radetzki was previously branch manager for the Ruhr area at Atisreal in Essen and, most recently, managing director of his own consulting company.
Savills opened its Dusseldorf office in May of this year through the acquisition of the White GmbH team. The company also has offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich.
