Savills Denmark has appointed Bo Stevnss as a partner in its Capital Markets team, effective 1 March 2024.
This strategic move strengthens the division with Stevnss's 20+ years of real estate expertise across various sectors and borders.
Previously a partner and member of the Capital Markets department at RED, Cushman & Wakefield for 15 years, Stevnss brings a proven track record of success.
He excels in leading cross-functional teams and has earned recognition from clients and colleagues alike. Notably, he led one of the largest Danish real estate transactions of 2023: the sale of an 83,000 m2 logistics portfolio for AKF Holding.
