Savills has announced the addition of two new members to its Irish Residential & Country Agency department with the appointment of Rose Lyle as associate director and Cian Pearse as sales negotiator.
A native of Carlow, Rose Lyle returns to Savills having started her property career with the business in Dublin in 2002. Lyle's journey included a significant tenure in London where she excelled as a director at a leading agency, specialising in prime residential properties in prestigious areas such as Kensington & Chelsea. Her experience is further enriched by her role in a boutique agency handling private client transactions across Ireland and the UK.
Cian Pearse brings a wealth of experience from his time with global leading property firms, focusing on residential sectors throughout Ireland. His expertise spans the sale of coastal properties and estates, along with residential property management, lettings, and high-end sales.
