International real estate advisor Savills has begun an expansion plan in France with the recruitment of two office agency directors from Keops and CBRE.
International real estate advisor Savills has begun an expansion plan in France with the recruitment of two office agency directors from Keops and CBRE.
Raymond Genre-Grandpierre, previously of Keops, and Pierre Antoine Matrand, who joins from CBRE, will boost Savills existing office agency department. They will set up new divisions within the team to focus on instructions over 3,000 sq m and under 3,000 sq m as well as servicing occupier clients. In addition they will focus on further developing the department.
Raymond Genre-Grandpierre has 21 years experience having started his career at CBRE and worked at the firm for 14 years. At CBRE he specialised in the letting of large office space in Paris and also acted as head of department. Thereafter he joined Knight Frank as head of office agency and most recently worked at Keops (Nexity group). Clients include AG2R la Mondiale,SFL, Eurosic,Fonciere des Regions.
Pierre- Antoine Matrand started his career in 2000 at CBRE and has worked with clients including AT Kearney, Commerzbank and Orrick.
Also this month, Savills has confirmed that leading agent Piers Nickalls has returned to its UK operation to head a European Corporate Real Estate desk. Nickalls, who has been working for Colliers CRE in Hong Kong for three years, started his career at Savills in October 1997.
