International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Nick Lambert, formerly an international strategy consultant with Source8, as a new director of its Worldwide Occupier Services (WOS) team.

Lambert will work closely with Savills London-based and European tenant representation teams as well as the global Worldwide Occupier Services (WOS) teams. His duties will be to support and drive business development, client relationship management and implement growth initiatives to expand the firm’s overall WOS offer.

He has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and previously also worked a senior director at CBRE in the global corporate services group and head of their complex and emerging markets team. Lambert has a particular expertise in both the Middle East and Africa markets.
