Savills has announced the appointment of director Jon Gardiner as head of national office agency in the UK with effect from 1 June 2016.
Gardiner takes over the role from Jeremy Bates who will continue to head up the national business space agency and occupier services alongside his other responsibilities on the UK executive board.
He joined Savills as a graduate in 1998 and became part of the South East office agency team in 2000.
Savills' UK national business space agency team has strengthened its 15 teams with a number of recent appointments across the country in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, Oxford and Chelmsford.
