Advisory firm Savills has announced the appointment of Britt Habermann as new head of the industrial agency team in Berlin.
Rainer Bornfleth has joined her as an associate director in her team. This follows the establishment of the business line at the company’s offices in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Hamburg.
Britt Habermann has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry and joins from Cushman & Wakefield. She has also worked at CBRE and JLL. Rainer Bornfleth also joins from Cushman & Wakefield and previously worked at Logivest.
