Property adviser Savills has appointed Nicolás Llari de Sangenis as financial asset director at its office in Madrid. He will be responsible for strengthening Savills' relationship with both domestic and international financial institutions based in Spain as well as advising investment funds on the sale of non-performing loans (NPLs) on real estate portfolios.
Property adviser Savills has appointed Nicolás Llari de Sangenis as financial asset director at its office in Madrid. He will be responsible for strengthening Savills' relationship with both domestic and international financial institutions based in Spain as well as advising investment funds on the sale of non-performing loans (NPLs) on real estate portfolios.
The position is a newly created role as part of Savills strategy to extend its service offering particularly towards financial institutions in the Spanish market.
De Sangenis joins from CBRE where he worked for 10 years in the firm’s capital markets department as managing director of financial institutions.
