International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Petr Machula to head up its property management team in the Czech Republic.
Petr has over 15 years experience in the Czech real estate market, 12 of which were spent at Knight Frank as head of property management.
'I am extremely pleased that Petr is joining our new Savills Czech and Slovak business. He is one of the most experienced property managers in the Czech market and is highly regarded within the industry,' commented Ben Maudling, head of Savills Czech Republic and Slovakia. 'I have no doubt that under his leadership, our Czech and Slovak asset and property management department will establish itself as a market leader.'
'Savills currently employs 48 property managers in the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region, all currently based in Poland. Petr’s appointment in our Prague office is very much in line with our European strategy to support the company’s continued expansion across CEE and grow a team that will rival the reputation and strength of our western European business,' added Tim Bretten, director of property management, Savills Europe.
'With client demands being increasingly focussed around efficiency through sustainability and proptech, our property managers need to become increasingly innovative and sophisticated in both maintaining and adding value to the properties we manage. I intend to develop a team at Savills that will offer the very best service to our clients and continue the expansion of Savills European propery management business,' concluded Machula.
