International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Fraser Watson as head of valuations & advisory for its Czech and Slovak operations from January 2018.
Watson has 13 years of experience across the European real estate market, including roles at Cushman & Wakefield Czech Republic and Amrest in CEE. For the last three years has been Head of Real Estate Europe (excluding the UK & Ireland) for Sports Direct.com.
'We have a number of domestic and international clients requesting detailed consultancy in addition to the valuation work which we undertake for them. I am therefore delighted that Fraser is joining us,' commented Ben Maudling, CEO of Savills Czech & Slovak Republics.
'His extensive client side retail experience will be a unique and valuable resource for our clients and in developing the valuation department which he will head and rapidly grow.'
