International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Mathieu Guillebault as co-head of its residential capital markets division in France, alongside Raymond Genre-Grandpierre.
In his new position, Guillebault will be responsible for advising on alternative real estate asset transactions (senior, student, co-living, tourism, health) and residential assets.
Due to his experience in these sectors, he will accompany owners/investors in their development or conversion of their assets.
He will be part of the group's pan-European team, where his relationships with both operators and developers will support cross-border development.
Guillebault joins from CBRE where he spent eight years in the capital markets team.
