Poleczki Business Park will offer 210,000 m2 of modern office space, making it the largest business park in Central Europe.
The scheme is being constructed by developers UBM and CA Immo on Poleczki Street in Warsaw.
When completed, it will consist of 15 office and service buildings with parking facilities including a multi-storey garage. Four buildings have been completed as part of the first and second phases of the project and the third phase is currently under way, comprising two office buildings of 8,500 m2 each.
The complex is designed in compliance with sustainable construction standards and the buildings of the second stage have been awarded LEED CS Gold certificatfication.
'Poleczki Business Park is an important new development in Warsaw,' commented Tomasz Buras, head of office agency at Savills Poland. 'It has already attracted strong national and international tenants who value the business park’s convenient location and commitment to sustainable development.'
The main tenants include Sharp, US Pharmacia, Tetra Pak, Kone, Europcar, Solid Security and the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture.
Earlier this week, Colliers was hired as co-exclusive agent to market the Lumen office building, part of the Zlote Tarasy commercial complex in central Warsaw.
Lumen was completed in 2007 and consists of two parts, which are connected by glazed links on each floor. Located in the Warsaw Central Business District, the building comprises eight floors and offers a total of 23,500 m2 of office space.
