Savills has acted as exclusive advisor on the letting of 30,000 m2 of office space in Frankfurt, which represents the largest office deal in the city so far for 2012.

The tenant is French global energy firm Air Liquide Konzerns Global E&C Solutions and its subsidiary Lurgi.

The property is located at Olof-Palme-Straße 35, in the Mertonviertel office region in north Frankfurt, and was the former head office of PWC in Germany.

The French firm will occupy the entire building as its new German headquarters accommodating over 800 employees.

Asset manager and owner Round Hill Capital is currently carrying out an extensive refurbishment on the six-storey property, which is scheduled to be complete for occupation in the first quarter of 2014.
