Property adviser Savills has strengthened its property management team in Sweden with the appointment of Tommy Johansson as head of commercial properties.
Property adviser Savills has strengthened its property management team in Sweden with the appointment of Tommy Johansson as head of commercial properties.
He will be based in the firm’s Stockholm office and be responsible for increasing the value of Savills' properties under management.
Johansson joins from running his own development and leasing firm called Sustainable Property. Prior to this he worked at Steen & Strøm.
